I, like Ruby, have a soundtrack to my life. I’ve been known (to the great annoyance of both my roommates and neighbors in college) to play the same song repeatedly for hours if it suits me. When I write, I typically play certain songs that inspire the mood I need to be in to tackle the scene at hand. With that being said, here are the four songs that ruled my iPod during the writing of CAGED:

- Gravity by Sara Bareilles
- Energy by Keri Hilson
- Crash by Dave Matthews Band
Interesting that they all are one word titles…as are your books. Things that make you go hmmmmm….
