    Amber,
I am a consummate reader. I have burned up two Kindles and am now downloading books onto my PC. I can honestly say- I know a great writer when I come across one. You are a great writer Amber. Your character development is so impressive that it is a joy to read. You keep me in the moment. My stomach churns with the twists your female lead goes through. To me, that is what writing should be all about. I don’t normally read Were-books. However, because of you I am now a fan and open to this new genre.
Thank-u for your dedication and hard work. This is the first time I have ever left a note to an author. I feel very privileged to be able to do this.
    Shelly
P.S. “Well, I’m glad to know that the Royal Bank of Ruby ( Amber Lynn Natusch) is here to help.

    • Thanks so much! That totally made my day. I’m so glad you took a chance on CAGED. The genre is a wonderful one with many authors who can craft a story beautifully. I hope you find some of them to enjoy before FRACTURED releases in SIX DAYS from now!!! EEEEEK!!

I know FRACTURED will be as wonderfully written and cagey as the rest. No EEEEEK to it Amber. You are a super star with a fan base that is begging for more! Myself included.
I do have a background question for you as an author: Do you dream about your characters then follow up the dream with pen and paper (in our generations case the P.C. LOL)? Or do you set down to your P.C. and follow an outline?
I wish I had your courage because I have had the same reoccurring dream about two people for over a year and a half. Their story screams to be brought to life for others. I am such a wuss though. How did you find the inner strength to take that first step?

      • I do dream about them often, but primarily things just flash in my mind at random times. I see things like a movie in my mind. they never come in order, so I’m left to write what I see and piece it together at the end. As for the courage to publish…I think I’m insane ;)

  2. do you think the books could be adapted for a t.v series.

    • Do I think so? Yes. Does anyone who can make that happen??? No clue :) I do think CAGED would be a far better TV series than a movie. There’s just too much story in there that would have to be cut out for a movie. I do think that my YA series or UNBORN series would make AMAZING movies though…if I do say so myself ;)

    • Diffently I would love it if it was made into a Tv series

  3. I really like the Caged Series, and I’m really excited the series is longer then 3 books. Trilogy series never seem long enough when you really get into it. Also, I love that you’re not afraid to use stronger language, and details for adults. It seems now and days books about warewolves and fantasy are written more for children and teens. So thank you for that. Finally, thank you for your hard work with the caged series. You have an amazing talent with your writing, and I look forward to the next book.

    • Thanks Jessica! It is an adult series, so I felt like I could be carefree about swearing. I don’t swear much in life, but there are just times that it needs to happen! I try to keep the other adult content to a minimum. I never set out to write a “romance’ novel because I like love as my side dish, not the main course, and i don’t want to read 80 sex scenes in a book unless that’s what I set out to read in the first place. I aim for balance, whether I achieve it or not :)
You have many stories left to read about Ruby, Sean and the rest of the crew, staring on the 24th of this month!!!

  4. well I read every book from the caged series that I could get my hands on in 3 days I basically ignored everyone and everything and lived at my gym so my daughter could be cared for in the childcare room. (Hey at least, I made sure someone would watch her, I knew it wouldnt be me. lol) I also stayed up til 1am and 2am
I’m so happy I did I’m rereading them now at a slower pace. I can not wait for the next book. It makes me happy there at several more in my future. Please hurry with the next one.

    • Excellent thinking about childcare…I may have to suggest that on FB to my fans since they all seem to have that very same issue ;) I’m so glad you loved them. SCARRED is out in a little less than three months, and i have other projects that will start to come out in November. I’ll keep you busy reading..I promise!

so the cage series only have 7 books?

    • Yep. Seven books total. Sometimes you have to know when to call it quits while things are still good, and I think that’s exactly what will happen. Let’s hope I’m right! :)
